we believe that training to achieve optimal performance starts well before an athlete arrives to the athletic field.

It includes their nutritional plan ( eating habits), sleep schedule, risk tolerance to injuries, and the amount of time spent stretching… to name a few.

we understand that youth athletes grow quickly and believe in keeping our athletes busy.

but we also understand that an exhausted, stressed, or poorly fueled youth cannot reach their optimal performance as an athlete.

WE BELIEVE THAT MENTAL WELLNESS (m.w.) is just as important to our youth athletes as is their strength, skill, technique, and physical health.

We believe in training our athletes to learn:

mental resilience (m.r.) as a defensive strategy to help them get back up after they are knocked down.

Mental toughness (m.t.) as an offensive strategy to build strength and prevent them from getting knocked down.

positivity (p.S.) as the core from which they grow that allows them to balance their emotions on+off the athletic field.
